TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE APRIL NICE QUEST COMPETITION

1 | DURATION
 
1.1 The April Nice Quest Competition will run from 1 April until 30 April 2026.

2 | WHO MAY ENTER
 
2.1  To qualify as an entrant in the competition, users must have SnapScan installed on their mobile device and comply with the competition rules.

2.2  Employees, agents, and immediate family members of employees of SnapScan, as well as any associated promoters of the competition, may not enter.

3 | HOW TO ENTER
 
3.1  Users will be entered into the competition when they make a payment via SnapScan at any merchant on the “Nice List” between 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2026.
 
 The Nice List: 

☕️ Bootlegger Coffee Company
🍕 Butler’s Pizza
⚡️ SnapScan Electricity

3.2    ​​Each payment at a business on the Nice List constitutes one (1) entry. Each payment made at a different business adds R1,000 to the winner’s total prize, bringing the prize pool to a maximum of R3,000.

3.3  Multiple payments will result in multiple entries and increase the user’s chances of winning.

4 | PRIZE

4.1  Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected through a draw on 4 May 2026. Each winner will receive SnapScan Wallet credit ranging from R1,000 to R3,000, depending on the number of qualifying entries earned, as outlined below:

One (1) qualifying entry (payment at one Nice List business): R1,000
Two (2) qualifying entries (payments at two different Nice List businesses): R2,000
Three (3) qualifying entries (payments at all three Nice List businesses): R3,000

4.2  The winners will receive their winnings in their SnapScan Wallet on the day the draw occurs. The winners’ names may be shared in prize announcement posts on our various social channels.

4.3   The SnapScan Wallet credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is only usable as SnapScan Wallet credit.

5 | GENERAL
 
5.1  By entering this Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The SnapScan app’s Ts&Cs will also bind entrants.
  
5.2 Our decision will be final and binding on all aspects of the Competition, and no correspondence or debate will be entered into. All of our rights are reserved. 

5.3 SnapScan reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
