TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOB’S HIDDEN GEM PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION

1 | DURATION

1.1 The promotional competition will run from 18th until 29th July 2024, after Bob's hidden gem has been placed on the S'market website.

1.2 There will be four individual competitions that entrants can win, along with one grand prize.

The first competition will run from 12:00 on 18 July 2024 to 10:00 on 22 July 2024.
The second competition will run from 12:00 on 22 July 2024 to 10:00 on 24 July 2024.
The third competition will run from 12:00 on 24 July 2024 to 10:00 on 26 July 2024.
The fourth and final competition will run from 12:00 on 26 July 2024 to 10:00 on 29 July 2024.

2 | WHO MAY ENTER

2.1 To qualify as an entrant in the competition, you must have SnapScan installed on your mobile device and follow the competition rules.

2.2 Employees, agents, immediate family members of employees and promoters of SnapScan may not enter the competition.

3 | HOW TO ENTER

3.1 On the S’market website

Step 1: Find Bob’s hidden gem by deciphering the clue shared on Instagram.
Step 2: Click on "Enter Now" once you’ve found Bob’s gem.
Step 3: Complete all fields on the entry form.
Step 4: Submit, and you’re entered.

Note: Four gems will be released throughout July. The more gems a participant finds and submits an entry form for, the more chances they have of winning R10 000 in S'market credit as the grand prize. i.e One gem = one entry. See more under Section 5.

3.2 Each winner will receive R2000 in S’market rewards credit to use on the S’market until 8 September 2024.

3.3 Responses with defamatory intent and/or abusive language will be reported and deleted; such content will lead to disqualification from the competition.

4 | GEM PRIZE

4.1 One winner will be selected via a random draw after each individual competition has closed. One name will be drawn across entries submitted via the entry form on the S’market and announced at 2pm on the same day.

4.2 The winner's name will be announced on Instagram, and they will receive the S’market credit directly to their SnapScan account.

4.3 The prize is R2000 S’market credit.

4.4 The S’market credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is only usable at businesses listed on the S’market.

5 | GRAND PRIZE

5.1 Participants will receive an entry into the grand prize for each entry form they submit. For example, one gem equals one entry, two gems equals two entries, etc.

5.2 The grand prize is R10,000 S'market rewards credit, to be used in August/September.

5.3 This draw will occur on 29 July 2024, and the winner will be announced on 31 July 2024.

5.4 The winner's name will be announced on Instagram, and they will receive the S’market credit directly to their SnapScan account.

6 | GENERAL

6.1 By entering this Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants in the competition will also be bound by the S’market and SnapScan app’s Ts&Cs.

6.2 Our decision will be final and binding on all aspects of the Competition, and no correspondence or debate will be entered into. All of our rights are reserved.

6.3 SnapScan reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
